I put the hard drive into another computer (and after all the drivers were updated). I tested the ram with Memtest86+ for 8 hours. I replaced the Crucial DDR3 with some other known good ram.
I tested the FX6100 with Prime95 for hours without error. I replaced the FX6100 with a Phenom II 965. I spent 4 days researching and trying different things to get the freezing to stop.
